Administrative Control of Client Accounts

To efficiently deliver our services and maintain the security, integrity, and operational consistency of client projects, Analytix9 may require administrative or primary management access to advertising accounts, analytics platforms, websites, hosting environments, CRM systems, social media accounts, merchant platforms, and other digital assets associated with the services we provide.

Where appropriate and agreed upon, Analytix9 may:

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the relevant accounts during the engagement.
  • Restrict administrative privileges to authorized Analytix9 personnel.
  • Assign clients standard, read-only, billing-only, or other limited access roles while services are being performed.
  • Temporarily suspend or modify user permissions where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, operational continuity, or project management.
  • Determine the appropriate access levels required for the successful delivery of services.

Such administrative control is intended solely to facilitate service delivery, maintain security, prevent unauthorized changes, and ensure the stability of active projects.

Client Access During Active Engagement

During an active engagement, Analytix9 may limit, modify, or temporarily remove certain client permissions where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect ongoing advertising campaigns.
  • Prevent unauthorized modifications.
  • Maintain tracking accuracy.
  • Preserve campaign optimization.
  • Protect proprietary campaign structures and workflows.
  • Prevent accidental deletion or disruption of active assets.
  • Maintain compliance with platform requirements.

Clients remain entitled to request reasonable access to information, reports, invoices, deliverables, and other project-related materials.

Management of Advertising Accounts

Where Analytix9 manages advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar services, Analytix9 may retain primary administrative control of the account throughout the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

During this period, Analytix9 may control:

  • User permissions.
  • Campaign publishing.
  • Budget implementation.
  • Conversion tracking.
  • Audience management.
  • Automation rules.
  • Integrations.
  • Billing configurations where authorized.
  • Security settings.

This administrative control does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying account unless expressly agreed in writing.

Protection of Proprietary Work

Analytix9 invests significant time, expertise, testing, and proprietary methodologies into developing campaign structures, bidding strategies, automation systems, reporting frameworks, scripts, templates, dashboards, workflows, and optimization techniques.

Unless expressly transferred under a written agreement, these proprietary methodologies and internal systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Analytix9, even when implemented within a client's account.

Account Transition Upon Termination

Upon the conclusion of the engagement, and subject to payment of all outstanding amounts and any contractual obligations:

  • Analytix9 will cooperate in the orderly transition of account administration where commercially reasonable.
  • Administrative access may be transferred to the client or another authorized party.
  • User permissions may be updated to reflect the change in account management.
  • Security credentials may be rotated or removed as part of the transition process.

Removal of Analytix9 Assets

Before transferring administrative control, Analytix9 reserves the right to remove or disable materials that are owned by Analytix9, including:

  • Proprietary automation scripts.
  • Internal reporting dashboards.
  • Custom workflow automations.
  • Internal operating procedures.
  • Proprietary templates.
  • Internal documentation.
  • Internal integrations.
  • Company-owned API credentials.
  • Monitoring systems.
  • Internal project management configurations.

Where technically feasible, such removal will be limited to Analytix9's own proprietary assets and will not intentionally delete or damage client-owned campaigns, historical performance data, creative assets, or business records.

Client-Owned Assets

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client retains ownership of:

  • Their advertising accounts.
  • Historical campaign data.
  • Creative assets supplied by the Client.
  • Landing pages owned by the Client.
  • Customer lists.
  • Leads.
  • Uploaded files.
  • Business information.
  • Analytics properties registered to the Client.
  • Domain names owned by the Client.

Outstanding Payments

Analytix9 may postpone the transfer of administrative control or the delivery of certain work product until all undisputed invoices, fees, and contractual obligations have been satisfied, where permitted by applicable law and the governing service agreement.

Data Preservation

Analytix9 will not intentionally delete, destroy, or materially alter client-owned campaigns, historical data, customer information, or other client-owned assets solely because the business relationship has ended.

Clients are encouraged to request a full export or backup of their data before account transition. Analytix9 is not responsible for data loss resulting from actions taken by the client or third parties after administrative control has been transferred.
