2. General Refund Policy

Our services are primarily professional, customized, and time-based in nature. Once work has commenced, resources are allocated, and professional expertise is applied specifically to a client's project.

For this reason, payments made for completed work, time spent, consultations, strategic planning, campaign setup, design, development, or other professional services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Each refund request will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances and the stage of the project.



3. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered:

  • Discovery sessions
  • Website audits
  • SEO audits
  • Marketing audits
  • Google Ads account setup
  • Meta Ads account setup
  • Google Tag Manager implementation
  • Google Analytics implementation
  • Conversion tracking setup
  • Enhanced Conversions implementation
  • Graphic design work
  • Branding services
  • Logo design
  • Landing page design
  • Website design
  • Website development
  • WordPress development
  • Shopify development
  • Marketing research
  • Campaign planning
  • Content writing
  • Training sessions
  • Custom development
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Emergency support
  • Any completed milestone under a project agreement


4. Project Deposits

Project deposits are used to reserve project scheduling, allocate personnel, conduct planning activities, and begin work.

Accordingly:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • If a Client cancels before work begins, the Company may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, refund all or part of the deposit after deducting any administrative, planning, or consultation costs already incurred.


5. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainers cover the availability of our team, ongoing management, optimization, reporting, meetings, and support throughout the agreed service period.

Accordingly:

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for partially used service periods.
  • Cancellation will typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Google Ads Management Services

Analytix9 provides professional campaign management and optimization services.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Leads
  • Revenue
  • Conversion rates
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Quality Score
  • Campaign approval
  • Merchant Center approval
  • Account approval
  • Specific advertising performance

Accordingly, refunds will not be issued solely because:

  • Campaign performance does not meet expectations.
  • Leads are lower than anticipated.
  • Advertising costs increase.
  • Google changes its advertising systems.
  • Competitors increase bidding activity.
  • Search volume changes.
  • Seasonal demand fluctuates.

Advertising spend paid directly to Google is governed by Google's own policies and is not refundable by Analytix9.



7. Meta Advertising Services

Refunds will not be provided solely because:

  • Meta rejects advertisements.
  • Meta suspends advertising accounts.
  • Campaign performance differs from expectations.
  • Lead quality varies.
  • Advertising costs change.
  • Meta changes its platform, policies, or algorithms.

Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta are subject to Meta's own refund policies and are outside the Company's control.



8. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

SEO is a long-term service influenced by many external factors beyond our control.

Accordingly, refunds will not be issued based solely on:

  • Search engine rankings.
  • Organic traffic.
  • Keyword performance.
  • Indexing delays.
  • Search engine algorithm updates.
  • Competitor activity.
  • Business performance.

SEO results cannot be guaranteed, and payments for SEO services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.



9. Website Design & Development

Website projects involve significant planning, design, development, testing, revisions, and technical implementation.

Refunds will generally not be available for:

  • Completed project milestones.
  • Approved designs.
  • Custom development work.
  • Coding services.
  • User interface design.
  • User experience design.
  • Responsive development.
  • Integrations completed according to the agreed scope.

If a project is terminated before completion, any refund will be determined after deducting the value of work completed, third-party expenses incurred, and administrative costs.



10. Third-Party Products and Services

Analytix9 may assist Clients with purchasing or configuring third-party products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations
  • Web hosting
  • SSL certificates
  • Premium plugins
  • Premium themes
  • Software licenses
  • Stock media
  • Email services
  • Cloud infrastructure

Refunds for such products and services are governed by the applicable third-party provider's terms and policies.

Analytix9 cannot issue refunds for charges retained by third-party providers unless those amounts are first refunded to us.



11. Client Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice.

Upon cancellation:

  • Fees for completed work remain payable.
  • Work already performed will not be refunded.
  • Third-party costs already incurred remain payable.
  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due in accordance with the applicable agreement.


12. Company Cancellation of Services

Analytix9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • The Client breaches our Terms and Conditions.
  • Required payments are not made.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Requested work is unlawful or unethical.
  • The Client provides false or misleading information.
  • Continued work would violate applicable laws or advertising platform policies.

Where services are terminated by the Company for these reasons, refunds may be denied to the extent permitted by applicable law.



13. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please notify us within seven (7) business days of the transaction.

Where a genuine billing error is identified, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund.



14. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Analytix9 before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor.

Where a chargeback is initiated without first providing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services.
  • Terminate active projects.
  • Recover unpaid amounts through lawful means.
  • Provide supporting documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with the dispute.


15. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where practicable.
  • Processing times depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third parties.


16. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be automatically provided for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Pandemics
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Third-party platform outages
  • Acts of God

We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable following such events.



17. Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy, those legal requirements shall prevail over this Policy.



18. Changes to this Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal obligations, or service offerings.

The updated version will be published on our Website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of our services after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
